 You
may have noticed that we now answer our phones as "Derrick Companies,"
rather than the "Derrick Construction" greeting that we've used for
nearly 40 years. The change is a result of a company restructuring
designed to better identify the many varied construction services we
offer our clients.
Derrick is now a family of
companies, organized in a manner that will allow us to continue to
provide, and improve upon, the outstanding service to which our clients
have become accustomed. This family of companies includes: - Derrick Commercial Contracting
which is our commercial construction team, led by Bill Derrick, that
works with our commercial, industrial, church, and retail clients.
- Mike Stevens is the president of Derrick Homes,
our residential construction group that builds fine homes for our
customers locating in our beautiful neighborhoods in Western Wisconsin.
- Derrick Custom Homes,
headed by Chief Co-Managers Ron Derrick and Mike Stevens, builds custom
designed homes in fine neighborhoods in the Eastern Metro Area, including Woodbury and Lake Elmo.
- Remodeling by Derrick
employees will be pleased assist you with your home improvement project
or home addition. Tom Derrick leads this team of seasoned professionals.
- Derrick Custom Cabinets
provides the custom cabinets and built in millwork that have become one
of the trademarks of a "Derrick Built" home. Tom is the
president of this company as well as Derrick Construction Services
which supplies support operations to the construction process.
- Ron Derrick and William Derrick Sr. lead DCCI Land Planners,
our land development company that develops the beautiful residential
neighborhoods in which we build in the scenic St. Croix River Valley
Area and Eastern Minnesota.
